As part of your purchase, PIRform comes with a full 12 months support package, which will be extended each time you extend your licence. There will never be any charges for support, providing you have a current licence.

However easy we have made PIRform to use, there will always be times when help is required.

Remote Assistance

We now have remote support assistance. If you are having difficulty installing the program, or are new to computing, you may like us to give you a quick demonstration online.

To book an online session, email us at info@pirform.co.uk. This is absolutely free and will have you up and running in no time!

When you have a session booked in, click the icon below, choose save, then run when it has finished downloading. We will then give you a number to start the session.
