1.2 Subject to this clause 1 and the other obligations upon you
contained in these Terms, Electratest Pirform Ltd grants you access
and use of the Web site for the purpose of your own personal use
and/ or your own internal business purposes.
1.3 You agree to fully indemnify and to hold Electratest Pirform
Ltd indemnified from and against any claim brought by a third party
resulting from your use of the Web site and in respect of all
losses, costs, actions, claims, expenses or liabilities whatsoever
suffered or incurred directly by Electratest Pirform Ltd in
consequence of any breach or non-observance of these Terms.

1.6 Electratest Pirform Ltd reserves the right to revoke your
licence to use this Web site (or any part of it) at any time, and
any such use shall be discontinued immediately upon written notice
from Electratest Pirform Ltd.

personal use and/ or your own internal business purposes (as
appropriate) and you may display content to a third party provided
that any content showing prices/ values is accompanied by the
